(This dress was shortened and some waist shaping pleats were added. I wear it as a layering tunic over a tee and some leggings.)

( Those flippy sleeve cuffs were totally annoying. I recut them to fold down rather than back and they overlap along the shoulder line and I secured that cuff overlap with a black button like the ones on the front.)
